Jess Maguire serves as the Assistant Director of Administrative Operations at the LTI. She is the executive assistant to the department head, Mona Diab, and oversees the administrative support team. Jess also plays a central role in organizing department-wide events and staff training initiatives.
A Pittsburgh native, Jess holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). Before joining the LTI, she worked as a data analyst for a national B2B logistics distributor and served as director of marketing and client relations for a Pittsburgh-based financial planning firm.
Jess is an avid trail runner, ultramarathoner, and open-water SCUBA diver. She’s happiest outdoors, exploring nature and learning about world cultures and traditions.
